Description
The Project
Pigs are an excellent business for the small-scale farmer to generate additional income. They have fast growth rates, good feed-to-meat conversion, are relatively easy to raise and are prolific breeders. Moreover, based on our discussions with the local town butchers, there is a high demand for pork with an insufficient supply.
